According to Steve Kim, Khan could be facing Nate Campbell in his next fight March 6th on HBO. Though that's nothing concrete, only a name that he's heard mentioned.

At this point, I'm sure most would assume Campbell is finished, but I'm not so sure. Bradley-Campbell was actually a competitive bout prior to the clash of heads. So I'm not ready to dismiss Nate just yet if he does indeed get a crack at Khan's belt.

    Thoughts?

Wouldn't mind seeing this. I love the prospect of Khan facing the likes of Bradley, Campbell etc. Finally we get to see Khan in some great fights. Looking forward to them.

Funny you bring Frank up. Kim also mentioned there may be trouble brewing between Khan and Warren.

Yeah makes sense would be a step in the right direction. There was talk off this fight happening at lightweight before Campbell failed to make the weight against Funeka. I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure it was more or less a done deal but he lost his belts on the scales.

Campbell is still a dangerous fighter although unproven at 140 lbs. The fight against Bradley he was losing but no-one could know how that fight might have panned out. I think Khan's speed should see him through although I think Nate will put Amir's suspect chin to the test.

Seems like a logical step before taking on the other champions in the division.

A safe route for Khan would be to take on Malignaggi next and then take it from there. But i just see Khan winning that easily, but from a unselfish point of view, it will improve him as fighter and its a low risk fight.

would this fight be in britain or america ?

i think if you combine this fight with haye ruiz you can do it in america, with a sold out madison square garden, and with still very good PPV numbers in brittain..

Campbell is a perfect opponent for Khan right now. I think Campbell has been showing signs of slipping but he still has enough experience and smarts to push Khan but not beat him and has a name to go along with it. Would be a good fight with Khan winning by decision.

After seeing what Cotto went through against Clottey and even Margarito when his face was covered with blood but still didn't think about quitting, makes you realize the difference between a real fighters.

Would like to see this fight. Be a great fight for Khan to take on and fair play to him if he did. Not sure who I'd give the nod to, it would be a bit difficult to call, Khans youth and speed might allow him snatch it.
