Posting on this website period doesn't make anyone smarter. It does however reveal how oversensitive grown men can be.

 

honestly, i don't think Pac's pockets will hurt if this fight doesn't happen. in the Phillipines alone, he has SO MUCH endorsements coming his way let alone international ones. so i wont be surprised if this issue turns him off because of principle. at this moment, Pac is financially healthy.

personally, i want the fight to happen. but i won't fault Pac if he just says "f@ck it!" and concentrates on running for office. where he may do much good to his people. despite boxing, the celebrity, rumors and all...Pac is a sincere man and wants to serve the people of his country.

i hope this scenario does not happen...just wanted to put out one perspective out there.

Freedie Roach has a big mouth and gets pac into trouble a lot by saying things for manny, which manny has not even said.

For all we know manny may be happy to do the test. It's roach who dont want it. However it has been reported that manny doesn't know what supplements he is taking.:think

 

how about this, somebody give me 2 reasons why Floyd and Manny shouldn't take blood tests and I'll give you 2 better reasons why they should...

 

The only reason the blood test is even in the contract to begin with is because some former drug addict is spreading rumors that MP is juiced. That is it. it is not based on actual facts. It is a rumor.

I myself would have rejected the drug test clause in the contract to begin with based on principle (like **** You May Sr.).

Pac and Roach are now caught in a gamesmanship trap - you agreed to the initial drug test. If they modify it, Ellerbe can go out and start saying 'Look they must be hiding something'.

It is a no win situation. You spread the rumor, now the burden is on Pac to dispel a ****ING rumor. Everyone believes it must be true if Roach rejects any part of the test BASED ON A RUMOR TO BEGIN WITH.

Draw the line some where Roach. Agree to pre and post fight test. That is it.
Testing during camp is pointless. If there are drugs then all that matters are the one in the fighters blood DURING the fight not months before and not months after.

People here makes it sound like the additional drug test are legit to begin with, let alone the 6-8 weeks prior.

 

I really dont see the big deal. I would be happy if one of my opponents demands was to take a more advanced drug test in order for the fight to go through.

Arum already stated that mayweather demands were not unreasonable when he met with Schaffer.

This surely is one of those demands. So why all the fuss ROACH???:-(

 

And those 2 'better' reasons are not based on Pac actually using drugs. I bet they are based on rumors and/or personal opinion.

Yes they did in principle agree to a drug test, but by them making so much noise about the same test their opponent will have to also do, does not help the rumour.

Don't you think it's time to dispel that rumour once and for all?

i am posting my perspective only. i definitely want this fight to happen. instead of Pac retiring and start his political career.
