Mitchell vs Limmond, Pay the man I'd like to see that fight!!!

Thats Willie knocked back fights against Salita, Prescott & now Mitchell, Willie must be raking in the cash from those homers if he can turn all these guys down

 

The thing is the wee man aint getting any younger, management aint doing him any favours I think, need a set fight to get ready for, not short notice ones, guys trying to take his scalp

 

I totally disagree, Ive watched the mitchell vs prescott fight a couple of times and kevin hurt prescott in the 7th and 8th round. Mitchell boxed brilliant and kept to the game plan, he could of stepped on the gas when he wanted and tried stopping him. as for limond Il have to be honest and say ive not really seen him fight although I thought he beat khan with the ref giving khan a long count.

 

Limmond is a step down, no offence

Kevin Mitchell shouldnt be fighting anyone domestically apart from John Murray, Limond doesnt even get a look in if you ask me, everybody moans about nobody fighting him but he is the one ducking fights.

 

Cause someone knocks a fight back due to **** money, doesnt mean they dont want to fight. Mitchell aint that good, beating Prescott dont mean **** in my eyes

 

so Limond has knocked 3 or maybe 4 fights back because of **** money then ? Then the lad moans he isnt getting a chance come on, forget bout the money people are there willing to fight him and he is backing out and then saying nobody wants to fight me.

 

Dont think its always about money, think it may be more to do with prep time to be fair, he gets offered fights at short notice and he doesnt entertain that kinda stuff, guys trying to get fly

 

this fight was never on mate, and to say ive knocked back 3 or 4 fights, not sure where you get that from, salita mob changed the contract 3 times every time was worse than the last, i got offered the prescot fight last year with 3 weeks notice i think, as i was 11st 5lbs at the time and couldnt make the weight in that time, i have never knocked a fight back, never, unless the terms werent right. kevin a very good fighter in imo, so the fight was worth more, its a matter of principle as well, ive noticed a few people saying im moaning about no one wanting to fight me, ive never moaned about anything like that, anyway lads just trying to clear some things up about this, you know i will answer your questions.

funtime got to disagree with you again mate ha ha. willie limond is no step backwards for kevin mitchell quite the opposite it would be mitchells hardest opponent yet were his 0 would go! amir khan told me limond is still the hardest fight hes had in is carrer so far.no fear from here.

We are tight, but not as tight as that guy ffsake, pay the man the money and get it on. They only offered **** money so they could say they offered Willie the fight and he turned it down, arseholes, they KNOW it would be a hard fight and dont want it.
