Whatever happens im sure the fight would be more interesting, than Ruiz fight or Valuev rematch.
And bonus feature would be legendary press conference

Beating a 41 year old, obese James Toney would not get Haye anywhere. Toney is not highly ranked, nor is he seen a a legit title contender, anymore.

Haye is one of the top THREE heavywieghts in the world, and holds a world title belt.....................He'd have to dip WAY down the ladder to stoop low enough to fight James Toney. Toney offers absolutely nothing, so why even take the risk, if you are Haye?

If he were to somehow lose his sense, and take a fight with Toney, Haye, with his speed and blistering power, would beat nine kinds of ugly off of Toney.

James Toney has not won a meaningful fight in over 5 years. I don't understand the fascination of him on here. He is 40 addicted to steroids and shot. He was barely competitive with the last bum he fought.

Toney is an ATG...who does not need to be taking a fight like this at this stage in his career. But, yeah, it'd be entertaining.

Stylewise Haye vs. Toney favors Toney. Toney has a good chin and his stamina is good. He would wait for Haye to make a mistake, and I think James could hurt him. The only thing I do not know is if Haye is much quicker than an older Toney. If Haye is faster than Haye will win a decision. The speeds perspective is the thing you find out on fight night, but stylewise this fight is good for James if he can match the speed of Haye.

I don't think Toney is faster than Haye but he is Like an old master knowing every punch and trick in the book...I still think a faded fat Toney can still upset the odds in this one in one last great fight for him...He should do all he can to become Haye's mandatory very fast for one last title shot before further decline of his physical shape...

I'm thinking Toney gets under Hayes skin in this one.

:goodYou add this factor on Toney's side...Haye will swing for the fences trying to make a statement and will get caught...

Hell yeah, they should get this thing signed. I'd rather watch Haye fight Toney or Tua than Chagaev or Chambers.

Toney came in at under 220 in his last fight and it worked out well for him. The belly throws off his balance when he moves around and it's ruined his fights before.

Haye probably wins a decision, but not out the question for Tony to catch and KO him...
