Solis got rocked right in the beginning of the fight himself and probably would have been stopped himself if they were pros. The stoppage of Haye wasn't anything devastating compared to the single punch Haye put don't. Solis just gave him a schooling after the first round, with score margin between them far too high for the fight to continue.

Why not have him fight a guy like Dimitrenko or Boytsov or an older ex like Brewster, before we send him in against a champion. He hasn't earned it and would only do himself an injustice by going in unprepared. Might still win anyway. Vitali ain't getting any younger.

Claps hands. Pulev who is also pro now and being brought along very very fast beat Solis (and lost to him a few times too) I'd like to see them go at it in the pros in a year or two. I think Pulev has improved while Solis hasn't.

And Roman Romanchuk beat him multiple times. Better hope now that Roman is free that he doesn't turn pro. :yep

I would love to see Solis-Boytsov. I got Boytsov winning by stoppage.

Vitali would manhandle Solis, who while having skills is a fat tub of goo. The best version of Solis, in shape, still would't be able to deal with Vitali.

We will never know if an in shape Solis could beat Vitali.. because we wont ever see an in shape Solid fonte fight.. He has had forever to start shedding weight and it hasn't happened in 5 years and it wont start today.. Solis would walk into the hardest fight of his life an underacheiving 260lbs.. because by nature he is stubborn and uneducated on his conditioning... Good fighter and a hard puncher but gets by on natural strength and talent.. at 220 he may have great potential of doing something special , but dont expect it anytime soon.... God bless..

Solis is one of the guys who would be a Cruiserweight if he was in shape.

vitaly has became a slap machine; he can slap you all night long and does zero damage. Ask KJ. At the end of the fight Vitalys face looked worse than KJs and he only hit him with 5 powers shoots all night.

Solis is a bum. Vitali by KO. The Arreolas, Solis, Johnson aren't ready for Vitali, they have fought nobody.

And ask Peter, Gomez, Arreola, who had a combined one stoppage loss and were all stopped by Vitali. Johnson did focused entirely on surviving and Vitali doesn't have the style to chase and extremely defensive fighter. If someone comes foreward with the intention of actually beating Vitali, his arm punches from tend to add up to real damage.

Vitali is still on of the most difficult fighters to hit clean, he still has very good reflexes for his leaning - back defense. Solis has nothing is his arsenal to close the distance any better than all the other undersized fighters who tried and failed. Solis' fluid combination ounching and power are useless if he doesn't have exceptional speed to get inside.
