I'm crying mate. ...Haven't laughed like that in a longgg time. Been in hysterics for the last 5 mins.
Great video one of the best I've seen. His weight loss IMO was the reason for his punch resistance dropping. The guy could take a good shot before he came back down from HW and this video proves it.:deal
I've posted this video in reply to him about 10 times. He's probably watched it but never commented on it, I wonder why. Or he'll come back and call them all feather-fisted.
If you used the sentence: "Roy Jones never unified a belt, fought garbagemen and police officers, and was brutally KO'ed by feather-fisted Glen Johnson" You would have every single word Rico has ever used on ESB.
You are that sore you gotta reply to me everywhere about every subject? atsch You can make a video about any "Glass Jawed" fighters and make em look not so glass jawed. There I broke it down for you. Or are you a Kahn fan and you are upset because I think he's glass jawed? He's got talent, I hope he beats Campbell if they do fight, but his punch resistance sucks.
Exactly. Jones shot his punch resistance jumping up and down in weight when he was already in his mid-30s. His chin at his peak was solid, it never let him down. He had a better chin than some other ATGs, like Thomas Hearns for example.
Why do people seem to ignore the Del Valle KD. Roy was badly hurt by Lou while still at LHW fighting for belts that belonged to DM.
Where were the supposedly hard shots he got hit with in that video? He got hit but not with anything resembling dynamite. Jones fans crack me up. They are the most deluded fans in the world. He looked great fighting part time fighters for paper championships and they loved him. When he moved up and fought the weakest champion in the HW division for another paper title they acted like it was amazing and some legendary feet. First they said he was too small. Then when he weighed in at 201 pounds they said he dropped too much weight to fight Tarver (he looked like **** in the first Tarver fight too and deserved to lose it). Jones is an overrated athlete who never learned to box and never had a great chin to begin with. He knew it. He protected it and thats why he avoided great challenges that were there to be made for him. What people have seen in Jones in the last few years is chickens coming home to roost.
