I had it as a draw but i gave oscar the 4th which may have mayweathers because of the accurite punches landed. Oscar thought a great fight and a younger Oscar would have won a close decision

Floyd won it 7 rounds to 5 on my card seemed easy to score. Can accept 8 to 4 if you're really trying to give rounds to Floyd but 6-6 is really a stretch. It was definately a close fight but a clear Floyd win.

Floyd won it 116-112. Not even close. Learn how to score a fight.

Hoya blocked a lot more punches than I ever see him getting credit for. Really is a shame about his stamina.

when you watch it with the sound on floyd wins a close but not that close decision

turn the sound off (fans screaming everytime oscar gets even i the same timezone as floyd ) it gets wider (and dont say the crownd dosent effect the scoring , you try but you cant just block there shouting out when you think about the round at the end)

Agree, 7 to 5 is about right.

His defense in this fight is incredible, he's like wonder woman with her magic bracelets.

But seriously his speed is all but gone in this fight. I even watched the Forbes fight and its evident there too. I don't think it was his stamina so much but he was a fighter who shot lightning quick combos and after his retirement he just couldn't do it anymore. Oscar falls back at this point almost exclusively on power.

I had it a draw when I scored the fight properly, Floyd was hitting gloves until the later rounds when he tagged Oscar a few times.

His speed had definitely really decreased, yeah. I was watching the match with Quartey, and even in the 12th round, after a long, exhausting fight, he still has some speed and zip, and those combos against the ropes were nuts. I also remember the speed of his combos against Pernell...even though he was mostly hitting air, I wonder how Floyd would have dealt with that version of Hoya.

If you watch Hopkins/Hoya and Hoya/Mayorga back to back its amazing to think what a few years of inactivity will do. The Hopkins version of Hoya is insanely fast too. Oscar also has a very soft look to the body on return which he did not have vs Hopkins.
