**BREAKING NEWS** Pacq is NOT the 2nd greatest boxer right now.

    Contrary to most published reports, boxer Manny Pacq is NOT the 2nd greatest boxer currently. That title falls to Zab Judah who has recently been preparing for his return to glory. With Floyd locked up as the king of the boxing scene, and Zab at number 2, it leaves little room for a less than stellar Pacq to make a name for himself.

    Pacq has most recently fought some less than remarkable competition- with wins over broken fighters such as Hatton, DLH, and Cotto. One wonders if Pacq were to ever step up to real competition- how quickly would he be defeated. This writer feels Pacq has not earned his place in the ring with Floyd yet- but it looks like he will get it. Manny will most certainly be vanquished with authority.

    Manny continues to be the hot trend in boxing- proving outsiders and those arm chair fans (that boxing desperately needs) will bandwagon with anything called a "rising star". These casual fans will most certainly be disappointed. Pacq has proven himself to be only an above average fighter. His lack of head movement and straight forward stlle display his lack of skill. With the recent resurgance of Zab Judah- many observers feel that Manny pandemonium will fall by the wayside. March 13th can't come soon enough for some- but Manny is looking for any way possible to slow down time. Unlucky for him that 2010 is not a leap year.
