You forgot to include Evander Holyfield as one of those who outboxed Valuev.

It was haye's first legit HW fight....I never said that was the only way to beat him...you missed my point, ******...

Haye fought his gameplan of using the ring, and it worked he won his first legit test at HW.....

Nobody is going to look good against valuev unless maybe your a boring ass klit fighter....the guy is a freak and is awkward to fight....even the guys you mentioned didn't dominate him or look all that great....

Klitschkos are the best heavyweights in the world. Haye ran from them, refused to get into the ring with them, broke a contract.

If anyone likes running they should watch track & field.

Jim Watt said, during the fight, that Haye has to start punching, he can't win the fight without punching. Jim Watt had Haye losing, and he was for Haye.

German TV scored the fight for Haye as well.

    My bad, true

Again you're trying to claim that what Gayemaker did is the only way to beat him. Holyfield, Ruiz, Chagaev, Donald, all boxed Valuev and used the ring without running. The fact that you're unwilling to admit that there is a difference shows how bias you are.

They may not have dominated Valuev but they were much more exciting fights and didn't act cowardly. Even boring ass Ruiz had a more exciting fight and since that's you're main claim "Gaye is exciting, what the division needs etc" you could at least own up to the fact that 1) it was boring 2) he was scared

If running is "what Haye had to do" he has no business fighting for a title.

Wlad did what he had to do. He fought a brilliant strategic fight off the back foot and stuck to his game plan.

    :patsch

The Ibragimov fight was a disgrace by any standard. I don't understand how anyone can defend Haye for this abortion of a fight.

I will lose some respect for him if he waits over a year from now to fight Vitali, but if Vitali doesn't retire by 2011 anyway he will be somewhat to blame anyway.

The latest on a Klitschko-Haye fight is beginning to make me think Haye isn't too keen at this point, but time will tell. Haye already has my respect, but if he doesn't fight either of the K bros this year I won't be impressed. I still think it is likely to happen before the end of next year though

Haye does not want to fight Klitschkos. Haye is putting off the Ruiz fight as long as he can.

I voted beat both Klitschkos but really its much simpler then that all he has to do for me is take a risk and fight atleast two top contenders i.e Povetkin Peter arreola or even Tua i just want to see him take a risk
