"In a wildly entertaining bout Samuel “The Nigerian Nightmare” Peter (33-3, 26 KOs) scored a fourth round TKO over 363lb Gabe “Big G” Brown (18-13-4, 12 KOs) at 2:58. Although Peter dominated the action, Brown’s antics won the night as he taunted the former world champion repeatedly. After eating a hard punch, Brown proceeded to stick out his chin and absorb four clean shots only to call for more. After being knocked down in the fourth round, Brown unloaded the classic bolo punch on Peter bringing the crowd to a frenzy. Peter pounced on Brown shortly after and referee Randy Jarvis waved off the contest. Upon leaving the ring Peter returned to the locker room and “Big G” was mobbed at ringside for fan pictures."

    Anyone have any vids??

That sounds like an instant classic...I hope someone got this one on tape somewhere. The dude already kind of looked like King Hippo, if I see him taunting like that I'm going to crack my **** up.

Hopefully they will show it as a stocking filler before the Pavlik fight.

I'm surprised Peter's powerpunches didn't blow Brown away, considering that Brown allowed himself to be hit. Did Peter look well conditioned?

Fat's a pretty good shock absorber. That, and it probably took Peter a few rounds to find the right chin to aim for.

Peter did look good. I'll give him that much. My son said boxing could use more comic relief like Brown.

I'm really impressed with Sam Peter's activity level as of the last several months.

I wonder how a Peter-Boytsov bout would go?

Boytsov is turning out to be better than what I expected a few years back.

Did Gabe Brown stand toe to toe with Peter? If he was taunting him, it probably means he wasn't feeling Peter's power.
