:good It really is as simple as that, isn't it mate? Besides, it's not as if both should have any trouble, both were champions at weights much lighter than 147!

how's it cheating when floyd's camp notified golden goy that PBF wouldn't be able to make the 145 limit weeks b4 the weigh in, and it was golden boy who came up w/ the 600k penalty. now by the look on JMM's face at the weigh-in, he wasn't aware of the clause, but that is a golden boy problem.

A true professional intent on competing at the weight would have nothing to worry about.

Given Floyd's last bout, either he isn't the true professional he claims to be, or he was never intending to play by the rules.

In any event, Pac makes weight, time and time again. I believe he has every right to shame Floyd into doing his homework.

    A way out for Pac?

Nope. His career shows he is up for challenges.

Then why even have weight in the contract? When you don't honor the contract and rules for the fight it is called cheating.

JMM knew in advance and was paid 600k to go with the fight. There is no way you sign a contract without knowing all the clause. They, Golden Boy Promotion, had to do a last minute rework of the contract just to make the fight happen. The only reason it happened was because JMM doesn't have the millions to just **** at the fight. Unless PBF plans on cheating once again, then this should be no issue.

Seems like Pac is starting to have more demands than Floyd; March fight date, 8 oz gloves, 10MM per lb overweight, etc.

Anyone else starting to get the feeling that Manny is ducking? ;)

As usual you Floyd boys can't see past the nuts covering your eyes.

The date was picked by PBF. Each camp can use the 8 or 10 oz. PBF wants drug test and Pac wants penalty for coming in over weight.

    Neither guy is ducking.

I agree with you. I was being sarcastic since there are a lot of folks on here accusing Floyd of ducking. :hi:

Floyd will make 147 for the fight so dont see him losing any money if this is true
