Thomas Hearns - going forward in the first 3 rounds the most dangerous offensive fighter I saw. Everyone rightly crows about the Duran blast out but for me the quintessential Tommy Hearns performance was vs Shuler.
Clearly Duran is my favourite fighter of all time, but as a Brit, I have a soft spot for Nigel Benn. Technically floored, but all action, just as likely to get knocked down/out in the 1st as to get the KO himself.
Mickey Rourke baby. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=heFspuAiRmI&feature=related[/ame] but on a serious note..jack dempsey....i dont think he is the greatest fighter of all time...though he was clearly damn good....and things about him i dont like..i think it was rickard who didnt want him to fight black fighters..but jack didnt seem to push the issue....and Dempsey should have defended his title more..still got to love Dempsey. I do like Mickey's movies though....
I'm a huge Dempsey fan also. Have 5 bios-autobios. of the guy. I think he's the greatest peak fighting heavy of all time. And by far the most fan-friendly style.:rasta
Duran. Seems to be a popular choice! Honorable mention to the man on the left, Nige was the fighter that got me into boxing and was always good value to watch. Kinda wish he had retired after the fight with McClellan as in my opinion he was never the same fighter after that
