If not taking the blood test is in fact a deal breaker then Pac should submit to the demand. However it's just shows the level of audacity of team Maywather to make such an unprecedented demand that is completely unwarrented and unjustified. If Mayweather were facing Mosley who has a history with PHD's then the demand would be understandable. However to make such demands against Pac who has no history of using PHD's and has been accused of such based on the ignorant suspicions of Floyd Sr. is completely redicuious and offensive; and I can understand why Pac would be reluctant.

I'm not Mayweather's biggest fan but word does get around in the sporting world about people using EPO, HGH or any other performance booster. For example I used to know plenty of Olympic level trainers who have all said that it's well known in sporting circles that Carl Lewis was on HGH.

Word gets around but people within the sport, i.e. other trainers and sports scientists, are usually too busy trying to take care of their own athletes to risk chasing a 'cheater' just to have all proof erased and face losing their reputation.

I don't think Mayweather would be silly enough to make his previous allegations about Pac without some kind of inside track. And when I read this, assuming it's accurate, I start to wonder about Pac as well.

Why are there multiple people all accusing Pacquiao of the same thing? It's not like it's just Floyd Sr. causing a ruckus. Many people have accused Manny of this or hinted that they think something is up.

There is really no excuse if Manny doesn't agree to this. This is a valid request from Floyd and he should agree to it if he has nothing to hide.

Floyd agreed with 8 oz gloves, fight date, weight, etc. Man up, Manny.

The joke would be if Mayweather came in over the agreed upon weight because he felt the penalty was at a bargain of a price.

What is the difference if he takes the blood test a different time? What the hell is he hiding if he is clean like he says he is? Sounds like bs to me.
