    I posted this earlier in the thread. We all know EXACTLY what would happen. There would be an outcry beyond anything we've yet seen against him. It would be unbearable.

    :lol::rofl:D.

    dude, "beyond reasonable doubt".

    think of it.

    say, pac is tested for drug a, b and c now because these are the known performance enhancing drugs in the market today.

    in june of 2010, drug d, a new drug is rumored to be in the market and hence data is obtained. and test are designed to detect it.

    do you think that pac is clean beyond reasonable doubt when just 2-3 months, after his fight a new drug is discovered by authorities.

    what do you think?:D

    Did PBF jump 3 divisions and looked like a superhuman beast?

    i dont see the double standard, both fighters are going to be subject to the same amount of testing, the only reason the spotlight right now is on pacquiao is because of his refusal, please show me the double standard

    I can see where Roach is coming from. I wouldn't want my blood taken a couple days before the biggest fight of my life.

    5-7 days is perfectly acceptable. Floyd's camp should agree to that.

    ...Apparently you're not a lawyer. It would be UNREASONABLE to suggest that Pacquiao is using illegal/banned substances after he had gone through with testing at the highest level of scrutiny to prove that he was not. Any REASONABLE observer would say, "Well, he took the tests to prove he is clean. While it may be POSSIBLE to still believe he is juicing, it would be UNREASONABLE to do so. While it may be POSSIBLE that he is using a substance that they are not yet able to test for, it would be UNREASONABLE to carry on this belief with a lack of evidence, given the fact that he has gone through extensive levels of testing. Therefore, beyond a REASONABLE DOUBT, he is clean."

    Do you follow the line of reasoning? Be sure to check in your For Dummies Who Are Lawyer Desk Reference.

    Pacquiao, would only agree to have blood drawn before the kick-off press conference and after the fight."

    Am I missing something here? Because post fight usually reveals if a guy is on PED's and PAC agrees to that.

    the double standard here is pbf fans accusing pac of being a drug cheat.

    and claiming that the existing drug tests are a joke.

    so if the drug tests are a joke, then pbf knew them to be a joke and could have used drugs in his last 40+ pro fights right.

    If PBF is willing to commit to Olympic style drug testing, why is Pac hesitating to undergo the same test? If Pac is clean he has nothing to worry about, right?
