dude, do you undestand the concept of beyond reasonable doubt?

why do you think OJ was acquitted in the criminal case but was made to pay civil damages then genius.

    clue.

if the glove does not fit, then you must acquit.:hi:

Again, what's going to be there 3 days before a fight that wasn't there a week before? They don't want to do it so close to the fight? Is that hard to understand?

You cant be serious. If Floyd agrees to take the same test, whats the big issue. IMO he has something to hide.:verysad

Do YOU understand the concept "beyond reasonable doubt"? There is a reason it isn't phrased, "beyond any possible doubt". Of course there will always be a level of doubt that is possible, but not always a level of doubt that is reasonable. Do you understand what the words entail? "Possible" entails, well, all of the realm of possibility. "Reasonable" entails, well, whatever is reasonable to believe given all known information/evidence. I even emboldened the words in my above post to make it easy on you. It's surprising that you still don't get it.

If Pacquiao passed drug testing on the Olympic Level, it would no longer be reasonable to doubt that he is clean. Simple.

    damn it marnoff.

your a good fella, but stop grasping at the reasonable doubt concept which clearly you have no grasp on.

beyond reasonable doubt? tell that to that black guy who has been recently release after 35 years in prison. there was reasonable doubt for his conviction and his innocence proven by DNA evidence.

no one is accusing pac of being a drug cheat and if they are they are few and far between

the drug tests are a joke, to claim otherwise is naive and ignorant

hypothetically speaking anyone under the right program could have been cheating and getting away with it, this is actually the exact point of upping the tests for possibly the biggest fight of all time, erase all doubt as much as you could, and olympic style testing is the strictest policy around so why not implement it for the biggest fight in the history of a sport that has a rep for cheats and corruption
