Your point? You can dig up case studies all night and that won't prove the intent of the phrase "beyond reasonable doubt" to serve your ends. My argument has nothing to do with proving the infallibility of the legal courts. Do the courts sometimes **** up? Most definitely. Do they work most of the time? Most definitely. That's all we have to go on with regard to the phrase, "beyond reasonable doubt".

Without referring to case studies, go to my posts where I clearly outline how Pacquiao would be vindicated "beyond reasonable doubt" and show me the place where my logic failed. If you can do that, you're right. If all you can do is point to erroneous cases where the legal system failed, you're wrong. Use your lawyer skills on me, not your database of pop culture case studies.

What is wrong with a week or 2 before the fight?....I could unerstand roach's concerns if it was done a few days before the fight....but I don't see a problem with having your blood tested a 1-2 weeks before fight night...

Exactly. Seems like Roach and Koncz will not have a problem with this.

whats wrong with 30 days? Someone posted recently that if you start taking PED's just 30 days before the fight they would be completely useless anyways. That testing even 90days before would be ok

I do not understand how some of these fans have tried to flip the script on Floyd. With Floyd Sr. and all these other fighter questioning Pac using something illegal raises questions. Also, you have to ask why Olympic testing? I believe this would be a time for Pac to take the test and pass, and then all his fans could lay it on all of us doubters. However, they are putting the carriage before the horse. I dont think you will find no one who says oh I like needles (even junkies). Therefore, if Floyd is willing, why not Pac. If he does not submit to testing as requested, he will appear that he has something to hide.

Pacquiao's trainer, Freddie Roach, said he could live with some testing, as long as it wasn't too close to the fight and wasn't overly intrusive.

"I will not let my fighter take a blood test the day before a fight," Roach said. "If they give me a five-day window or something like that I have no problem with it."

PAc doesnt have a problem with it and even Roach stated at least a week and right after the fight but random means they can take blood 25 hrs before the fight.

Again had PAc refused a post fight test, then its suspect. But he agreed.

So Floyd should stipulate that PACs money be witheld if he tested positive post fight, that would be fair.

    :patsch:patsch. jesus christ,

dude. if you have never ever stepped inside a law school. please do not pretend to have a simple grasp of it.

the concept of beyond "reasonable" doubt is to prove that the accused is guilty based on overwhelming physical and testimonial evidence.

because courts will dismiss a case if there is reasonable doubt.
again, you have not answered me.

if pac is accused of using a drug which was only discovered say 2 months after the fight.

can you say that he is clean beyond reasonable doubt?
