With how rampant steriod use is throughout much of the sports world, I don't find it unreasonable to demand this kind of testing. It's one thing if pacquiao was being asked to do something that violated his privacy, but his job is an athelete which drug testing is a part of, take the damn test and be done with it. I could understand him being offended if steriod use was unheard of, and thus taking these kind of accusations as an attack on his honor; but unnfortuatenly there are too many cases of such use. Take the test pacquiao.

the blood test a day before the fight can possibly weaken pac. Which will be his disadvantage cause he throws bunches of punches.. While lil gay floyd will just box the whole fight.

The point is...if losing a tiny little vile of blood would hurt you in a pro boxing match...when THE OTHER GUY IS LOSING THAT BLOOD AS WELL....then it should also hurt guys running 26 miles..honestly..have you ever even ran one mile at a sub 5 minute time? How about 26 of them?

Did I say they fought? But I know this, hes starting rumors and new rules.

Pac says let me beat your ass first then I'll take the test.

Well its not like Floyd and his dad are the only ones who have said that they feel Pac may be on roids..plenty of other people have as well. If you look in the history of boxing, almost no fighter has carried his power and speed up with him as he moved up. Yes if he add 20 pounds of good muscle you should hit hader...but the effect, realitive to guys you are fighting, who are now also 20 pounds heavier...will almost always be less then the effect you use to have on guys at the former weight. ALso you usually get slower..in pacs case he seems to be getting faster..and seems to be hitting almost harder realivitive for his weight aganst jr welters and full on welterweights. So, Floyd thinking he could be on roids..is that far out their.

Lil Gay Floyd is one smart SOB. He knows that the drug test before the fight will weaken manny and will affect his work rate and stamina.. People who are defending floyd should know that floyd doesn't give a damn having a drug test before the fight cause his style doesn't rely on too much stamina and work rate.

NO. but i box regularly at my local boxing gym as part of my workout. :good

I play basketball competitively... there's no way i'll give out blood a day before a championship game. I'll stick with my pre-game routine.

When did the legal community claim the phrase "beyond a reasonable doubt"?

I've never been a "hater" of Pacquiao. I'm a fan.

Yes, you did attempt to pull rank by mentioning on more than one occasion your legal background, whether you have it or not. I couldn't care less one way or the other. It is irrelevant on a scope that I can't even begin to describe.

Here's the thing: Two months or eight years, who sets this guideline? My using "eight years" as the timeline was to show you how you were basically just inventing a set period out of thin air. So, I invented my own to show you how we can keep extending it to infinite dimensions. Who draws the line? All Pacquiao has to do is prove himself right now. It would be unreasonable to expect Pacquiao to prove, through Olympic Style testing, that he didn't take drugs that aren't even yet known about. Come on now. If he proves that he is clean based on the drugs we know about now, it would be unreasonable to ask for more than that. If something came out like that in the future, both Manny AND Floyd would be equally under suspicion, basically cancelling it out. You follow? Give me something concrete to work with... like, for instance, dismantling my argument.

Go dismantle my argument without mentioning the following:
    a) The legal community.
    b) Erroneous two-month or more projected hypothetical situations since all we have to work with is the present.

I don't know, you brought up Matthew Hatton like he was relevant, so I just had to ask.

If your wife /gf isn't hiding coke in her panties, why would she not submit to a random police check of her underwear.

Has she got something to hide ?

The fact that Pac doesn't want to submit to something NEW AND OUT OF THE ORDINARY, AND BEYOND WHAT BOXING AUTHORITIES REQUIRE, does NOT mean he has something to hide.

Rather, it means he's not going along with FLOYD's unilaterally-imposed condition, a condition that no other boxer nor boxing authority has imposed on him, and a condition that Floyd has requested of no other boxer.

IF this become a reason the fight fails to materialize, it will be pretty ****in' clear that Floyd ducked out on a bogus excuse, and didn't want the fight.

If you're not doing anything illegal, and the feds ass you to allow them to tap into your phone lines, are you gonna let them?

Just cause you say no doesn't mean you have something to hide

well, for those blood tests you give much less blood then you do when you donate blood...you may be mistaking the effects a full doniation would have with a small amount given for blood work.

Granted, but your wife/gf getting her panties checked for drugs ISN'T HER JOB. Boxing, as you might know, is manny's job, and part of that is submitting to drug testing. Once again, if you're trying to argue that the system just can't EVER be changed to catch new steriod substances, then you really need to pull your head out of the sand buddy. And same goes with formentioned and planned drug testing dates. Giving the individual plenty of time to ensure their stystem is cleaned out and ready for that test. Join reality people.
