Got to agree with Roach there, they won't give anything the boxing commission doesn't ask/demand, simple as that. Mayweather does NOT make the rules and if Pac is cheating then he would have been caught long ago so the man is 110% clean. I don't think a man who has an entire country supporting him like no one has ever been supported before would cheat and do something cheap like that to let down his entire country that looks up to him. Pacman is as clean as it gets and possibly the cleanest fighter in boxing right now.
