According to ESPN they wanted the test done 30 days out from the fight, and then a few time between that point and the fight. If Floyd has no problem with that then why should Manny???

Roach won't allow Manny to have blood drawn 24 hours before the fight. That's the stipulation that Mayweather won't agree to.

Pacquiao has already agreed to this.

The problem is Pacquiao's camp are not willing to get it done during fight week.

these dumb ass rumours should never have been brought to public attention by Sr. in the first place. They've caused a shitstorm that casts a cloud over the sport by further associating it with the words "performance enhancing drugs"

the whole point is you roid for a period prior to the fight, build up some muscle mass and are able to train harder because you can rebuild faster. Then you go off for a period prior, the benifits (extra lean muscle) doesn't disapear overnight. But you can test negitive because the roids are out of your system, especially if you use masking agents such as finasteride to cover it up. Also some PED's such as EPO, if done right can't be detected days after injection, only the side effects (increased R blood cells) can be detected. But if you make it random, no athelete will risk taking the stuff because someone might be at your door the next day asking for a blood sample and u'll be ****ed. If you know when you need to test neg, you just cycle everything to meet the date.

thats why they better test him before the fight so hes not cheating in the fight you moron. if they test him after the fight and hes positive then team mayweather had every right to propose a drug test before the fight, get your head out of your ass *******.

Because its a big slap in the face enforcing previously unheard of testing demands on the whim of team Mayweather based on wild slandering of Pacquiao's name from Mayweather Sr.

Nearly every fan would support increased testing in the sport, but let the commissions introduce it, not the insulting speculation of a crackhead.

Thats why PAc says test him early up to a week and then post fight.. If hes taking PED, hes taking them in February or even now.

A teaspoon of blood. Remember, Pac is supposed to be a beast. So the beast loses a teaspoon of blood and it weakens him. So when he is in a fight and start bleeding, wouldnt that weaken him also. Just asking.

Hey ******, PAC agreed, not just a couple of days prior to the fight.

Why is Floyd trying to change boxing rules again?
