If I were Pac, I'd take it as a compliment. But rather, by not accepting the demand, he's opening himself up to certain allegations. And that may take a toll on him mentally if it goes far enough.

I say man up and just take the tests. Who gets "one up" on the other if Pac actually passes the test (which I'm sure he would)?

 

Everything will be fine. THis fight will and has to happen, it just seems as though all the big fights in 2009 were like this. Mosley-Margarito, Pacquiao-Hatton, and Pacquiao-Cotto.
