What you guys are missing is that they will take blood within 30 days of the lead up to the fight. That can be any day. Roach is saying we dont want it just before the fight, but that's the whole point of random drug test you dont know when you will have it.

All you *******s will spin it any way you want. But the world media right now are saying it as it is. Manny is refusing a random drugs test that both fighters will have to take.

By the way Mayweather dont dictate when that test will happen. They both are random tests.:rofl

If I were Pac, and I was asked to do something JUST to prove I am innocent from A RUMOR perpuated by the father of my incoming opponent (and which I have not been found guilty before with all the standard tests I have taken), I would definitely see it as hassling. First, it is not required by the sanctioning body. Second, it is not like Pacquaio is really avoiding the test, he just does not want it to be made random. Anyway, a test after the fight makes no difference from a random test. That's a fair take of the request IMO.
