Because Pac's trainer says so?

The general public will pin this on Pac, I'm afraid. Driven by the "American" media.

    Floyd is ducking Pac?

Yet Pac agreedto the blood testing. Now they back out because they don't want to be tested during training camp?

pac agreed to have his blood immediately tested after the fight. if he's on PEDs, i don't think that will magically disappear after the fight. stop defending your hero. every sane person knows that this is just another floyd duckiing move. your hero has been exposed for the chicken and the fraud that he is. bok-bok-bok

They've alwats done both. And FYI, WADA doesn't just test you, they raid your house, work, office, FBI bust the door down style. They interrogate you. The method is not just to test, its to catch you in the physical act. The whole of the process of cheating is what they want to catch, not just whats in the blood and urine.

    Depends what you are taking.

Some PEDs leave you system within days.

I dont believe Roach has ever stated he's fine with testing if its not the day before the fight.

From what I understand, Roach posed a question...."Does the 30 day testing span include the day before......Could you assure me that Manny would not be tested a day before?"
    ......and the answer was no.

......but its quite possible that Roach was just probing to find out how soon before the fight the testing would be allowed to be......if they had told him no, they wont test a day before, Roach may have very well probed, what about a week before?"
......and we could very well be hearing from Roach today that he has a problem with a week being too soon.

I think its important for the Pac team to outline how soon before the fight they're willing to submit to the blood testing.

Does EPO work on cycles? Or would a blood test right after the fight be perfect to test for that?

no it dont sound reasonable enough. Freddie saying 5 days before the fight they dont want a drug test to randomly occur. It's a random drug test that will be taken with 30 days, the same for his opponent.

They know what they feeding manny in his training camp will have a chance of showing up during his training camp hence why they dont want random testing.

Roach has said he'd have no problems with random testing provided the testing isnt done at least 5 days into the fight. Ariza even said they'd be okay with pacquiao testing 5 minutes after the fight.

What floyd wants is pac getting his blood drawn days or possible within 24 hours before the fight which roach / pac team thinks might weaken pac.
