He wants to be tested, when he sees it as being ok, and most defiantely not the day before the fight, which they cannot say with certainity as it is random.

When was Manny ever asked to take this kind of test by a governing body? The fact that this style of testing is done in basketball is irrelevant. Last time I checked this is boxing... this is not basketball, not NFL, not soccer, not baseball, not rugby, not the 100M sprint (do you get my point?)... At this point in time, there is not a single professional boxing organisation that requires this sort of testing. This is just another clause in a contract that one party demanded (FMJ) and another rejected.
