Pacquiao is fully justified in saying no!

Just wanted to get this **** off my chest, in regards to the current situation on Pacquiao’s drug testing, and why he’s refused to provide it in the manner that's being asked of him.

Like others have already said on other threads, it’s the fu**ing principle! No way in hell should Team Pacquiao allow these wild accusations interrupt their preparations for the fight! The burden is on the accusers to show leeway to the accused, especially if the allegations are born from absolutely nothing concrete!

For the record on as it stands currently, Pacquiao has not outright refused to give a blood test. Bob Arum said they are happy to give a blood test before the initial press conference, and one immediately after the fight. Furthermore, they said they will give urinalysis anytime they want it. So if Manny is indeed using steroids, these tests will certainly show it. Now tell me guys, isn’t this a pretty fair way to compromise to a bunch of crazy accusations?


It’s also well known that Pacquaio freaks out at **** like this. Ariza has had many problems in the past with getting him to take supplements and other things:

According to Ariza, even Pacquiao taking normal supplements was a major accomplishment in itself.

So you can understand Pacquiao’s refusal to engage it these silly mind games of Team Mayweather. If it’s going to have a damaging affect on his preparations and state of mind for the fight, then Pac as every right to say:fy to Mayweather and his demands

Finally some sense up in here. These are baseless accussations (less than that even_Floyd Mayweather Sr. (yes, that predator-looking, crack smoking mother ****er) started them after Pac starched Hatton, his charge...never before had anybody said anything along these lines...now we have Malignaggi, Cintron (no ulterior motives there, I'm sure; they wouldn't be jeolous that they aren't elite fighters or very entertaining. No, of course not.))

 

No he should take the test as long as Mayweather gets the same test at the same time. All is even, all is fair.

 

Then why agree to it in the first place?

 

Wasnt the 1st agreement was for a test 30 days before. Now that PAC said fine, floyd then change the test to be done days before the fight?

If the boxing comission demanded him to take the tests and he refused then i would agree that something was up,but i dont agree with him having to take an olimpic test based on a rumor started by a bitter former crackhead,former Ex convict, a guy that is obviously jealous of his success cause he was a mediocre fighter in his time,a guy that doesnt have a good word to say about anybody,a guy that used to talk **** about his son all the time when he was training Oscar and only became close to his son again when Oscar left him and he needed his son again,etc i could be here all night.

 

According to Golden Boy CEO Richard Schaefer, who is negotiating the deal with Top Rank president Todd duBoef, Pacquiao refuses to have his blood drawn within 30 days of the bout based on his superstition of testing so close to a fight.



"Todd told me that Pacquiao has difficulty with taking blood and doesn't want to do it so close to the fight," Schaefer said. "He, Pacquiao, would only agree to have blood drawn before the kick-off press conference and after the fight."

 

Sounds fair to me. Mayweather's team should agree to this

Yea, don't test Pac in the middle of his camp.

 

Okay so after a bit of self debate, I tend to think Manny should agree to the testing as long as mayweather is under going the same test I beleive that it would not be an advantage to neither guy as long as both are being tested.

So my question now is, What is the real reason that Manny is saying no? he has everything they asked for even split glove size etc... so why screw it up now?
However there may be a real reason, Roach has worked with a fighter who has tested postive for roids in the past
