After looking at everything from a NON BIAS view I come to realize that MANNY PACQUIAO HAS EVERY RIGHT TO SAY "NO" I DON'T AGREE TO THOSE TERMS OF THE DRUG TESTING." SO NOW IT'S TIME TO MOVE ON. PAC-FLOYD IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN...

NOW REGARDLESS OF WHO DUCKED WHO OR WHO'S FAULT IT WAS I AM STILL LEFT WITH THE QUESTION-
"WHY DOES MANNY PACQUIAO NOT WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS TYPE OF DRUG TESTING?"

SURE, HE HAS THE OPTION OF SAYING NO BUT NOW THAT HE HAS SAID NO and we won't get the fight we want, I want to know what the big deal is....

Again..he has every right to say no...that still leaves suspicion as to why he would say no...PAC'S TEAM STATES THAT HE DOESN'T LIKE"NEEDLES" AND THAT HE DOESN'T WANNA GIVE BLOOD THAT SOON TO A FIGHT..I DON'T BELIEVE THESE REASONS FOR NOT WANTING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM...I SIMPLY WANT TO KNOW "WHY?" I AM NOT MAKING AN ATTEMPT TO DEBATE ABOUT "WHO IS AT FAULT" ETC... I NOW WANNA KNOW WHY HE WOULDNT TEST?

    THOUGHTS?

Pac has ****ed himself in this one. Now every fighter he faces will demand the same thing. He looks as if he has something to hide. This is a very slippery slope he's on.

They did agree to the testing, just not 2 days before the fight.

Pac's camp said they can also test him ASAP after the fight.

Now why can't pbf agree to those terms? is he just being difficult?

    think of it this way.

You are walking down the street minding your own business. You're tired as **** and your eyes are red. A cop walks by you and says "why are your eyes red, are you on drugs?" You answer the truth, "no I'm just tired". He says "Well then let me search you for drugs"

Do you let him search you?

if your answer is yes, then I can see why you are suspicious of Pac.

but if your answer is no, then you have no reason to be suspicious.

Are you serious? So PBF can agree on the 10 million dollar per pound penalty from Pac's side but Pac cant agree to a blood test before the fight. Who's the one thats being difficult right now?

This has actually happened to me before. But yeah I let him search me I have nothing to hide if I do I run away from him.:deal And that's exactly what Pac is doing here he's running away because he has something to hide.

No they wont,i might be wrong but the only two guys i can see demanding those tests are fraud and Paula.

Let me ask you something if this fight falls through(which i think it wont)do you think that fraud will demand the next guy he faces to take those tests?

all bias aside i am a fan of floyd...12 hours ago i didn't think so..after thinking about it i have changed my mind...

but manny has every right to say "no"...he just has to live with the fact that most fans will now be suspicious of "why he didn't take those tests"...

Mosley also passed all boxing drug test so what does that tell you? Pac has a cloud of suspicion over him and many other boxers think Pac is up to no good here.

I think when the dust settles the fight will eventually happen with a mutually agreed compromise.
