Using the right masking agents & cycling techniques, many tests, regardless of the body/fluid sample, can be fooled/masked.

I don't expect people to teach themselves to get up to speed on the science behind urinalysis, blood analysis, hormone production cycles in humans, & biochemical engineering; but at least read up before conjecturing.

I'm sure most of these guys are thinking Pac is using some sort of masking agent, which would only fool a bottom of the barrel test. Any lab could pick up on that.

Would they be dumb enough to think Pac would wear a whizzinator????:think:think:think:think

joyboys are just riding floyd sr and GBP coordinated press releases on this one. if you will look at their posts, they don't have any idea what they are talking about. probably searching the google right now looking for links that would say that urine test is not effective and only random blood test 1 or 2 days before the fight is effective. what's wrong with blood test after the fight?

So if something is still in the system strong and they used a masking agent they wouldn't detect that?

I posted all these goddamn details from my own professional experience & training. The crux of my position is that:
THERE IS NO INFALLIBLE PED DETECTION TEST. None. There never will be. The science for detection & masking is constantly evolving & developing.

There are pros & cons for all different types of body/fluid sample testing. Different substances yield different concentrations in different body/fluid samples. Thus, different testing methodologies arose.

NO TESTING METHOD IS "SUPERIOR"/"INFERIOR" TO ANOTHER, ONLY DIFFERENT.

The reason HGH testing is mainly performed with blood tests is that the techniques for detecting HGH in blood are older (and thus, more widely familiar in the field) than those for detecting HGH in urine.

I've been repeating this multiple times today, & still, muffuggas jump to ignorant conjecture based off incomplete "knowledge" gleaned from the internet.

    Yes & no.
Yes: The people who get caught are the ones who are sloppy.
    No: Multiple reasons for no:
    1) The dopers may know how to properly cycle off PEDs or properly mask PEDs (for example, with enzymes that can destroy the remnants of whatever PED they're targeting).
    2) The testing authorities are not thorough, or are not completely up to date on the current knowledge in the field (again, the science for both PEDs, PED masking, & PED detection is constantly evolving); and thus, they may not even know all of the substances they should be looking for (such as PEDs, PED masking agents, hormones, hormone markers, & metabolites).

I'm tired of repeating myself, no offense. If you want to delve further into the concepts I've mentioned on the topic of PEDs & detection in general, you should research sub-topics mentioned in this thread:

That wasn't the question. The question was what PED is not detectable through Urine Analysis. Not what is the life cycle of the PED.
