,” Tygart said. “The reason for that is that there are some things that are only detected in urine and there are some prohibited drugs that are both very lethal and potent from a performance-enhancing standpoint that are only detected in blood. One of those, for example, is human-growth hormone (HGH). There is no urine-based tested for human-growth hormone. It doesn’t show up in the urine. It’s only a blood-based test. That’s true of a number of prohibited substances, particularly those that would enhance and aid a boxer.”

Im not shocked at you comments here, your one of the irrational Pac sack swingers that I was talking about before. did you even read the article??? WERE the experts said that there are drugs that cant been picked up in a urine sample and others that can only be picked up in blood testing...Arum is no ****ing expert on doping, he is a ****ing promoter that is tring to save face for a fighter that it seems is tring to get around drug testing. Did you read the part were an EXPERT said that if the testing is done the way that Pac's camp wants, they could still use drugs and pass the testing???

    So where is the problem?

I can bet the void team are going to find more excuses if PAC agrees to their demand.

If PAC was the one to initiate that demand are them mayweather willing to go with it? Guaranteed floyd dont want to be tested that way too. They only brought it up because they know its not practical and hence a way to get out of the fight, save face and ruin pac reputation.

Its all mind games I tell ya.

Why does Arum think urine tests are OK, yet Mosley seemed to pass them perfectly?

    Anyone?

This testing might aswell be required for every fight but untill then, I dont see why pac should be singled out. I like both fighters and dont really think if pac was on the latest enhancing **** he could beat mayweather. Eitherway, if this fight doesnt happen.....No way does mosley-mayweather happen either. If mayweather doesnt wanna fight pac, he sure in hell doesnt wanna fight mosley.

Pacquiao said he was fine with blood testing?

    Let me say this again:
WHY THE **** SHOULD PAC BE SUBJECTED TO OLYMPIC TESTING WHEN NO ONE EVER IN THE ****ING HISTORY OF BOXING HAS EVER HAD TO HAVE THIS DONE???

This is purely and simply mind games from the Mayweather camp. It started with Mayweather Sr planting the seed of doubt due to pure and simple jealously. Spreading a rumour to try and take the shine of Manny Pacquaios rising status.

IF you shine the light on Pac then consider the following:
Mosely should have a test before his fight, he's used steroids before and could again. HOPKINS SHOULD BE TESTED, no-one should be able to perform like that at his age.
Calzaghe should have been tested, to have stamina of that level could only be down to steroids.

PAC SHOUlD BE SUBJECTED TO THE SAME TESTING AS BASKETBALL PLAYERS, AMERICAN FOOTBALL PLAYS AND OTHER EQUIVALENT SPORTS. NOT THE OYLMPICS.

You're right. They should all be subjected to testing...The best testing available. Why half-ass this ****? The olympic system is clearly better, so why not use it? This fight could set the precedent and maybe one day they'll finally get a handle on this PED bull****.

I been saying this all along - HGH is NOT detectable by urine analysis. With technology and medicine changing daily, it is hard to keep up with new drugs out there and methods used to hide them. Blood testing is by far the most accurate way of determining if someone is clean or not and doing so at random moments is the only logical way...Good find :good...
