I won't be surprised if he does, to be honest and I'm a Mayweather fan.

Hope they agree and get it on already.

They don't need to accept it, this is professional boxing and testing here is different and has always been different. Mayweather and his team requesting olympic testing is NOT something these professional boxers are used to and Pacquiao doesn't NEED to agree on it. Is it because he's scared to be caught?, **** no, it's because they can afford to ditch this fight and get any other better ones. Pacquiao's position is secure as the greatest of this generation, what other option does Mayweather have?, Berto/Mosley winner then who?. Both Berto and Mosley are also showing far more interest in fighting Pacquiao than Mayweather anyway because that's where the major attention is.

i think, their request is simple, no blood test leading to the fight. floyd is making this hard by saying it's non-negotiable. in the first place, pac's team had already conceded much since this is not the norm (blood testing). floyd's team is probably on a witch hunt here based upon sr's allegation.

There is no bigger fight out there. Better? Better how? Less risk less reward?

He doesn't "need" to accept it, but he'll be walking away from the biggest fight available and losing some face in the process. I know I'm not the only one asking why the **** he won't just take the tests, and for all you know he's dirty and that's why.

me neither. when the initial accusations after the cotto fight came out i didn't believe it, but pac refusing is definatly suspicious, and if the fight falls through becuase he refuses these tests, his legacy will be tainted forever.

pac has already said that he would take the blood test but not just within days before the fight. i think it's a pretty reasonable request.

Timing is everything and the best way to determine if anything illegal is happening in either camp, is by testing between the 30 days of training. Not two months before training, one month before the hard training begins, and one after the fight. You could hide a lot by doing this.

There aren't any "better" fights available for either opponent right now.
As a result, the argument that Pacquiao is refusing testing because "they can afford to ditch this fight and get better ones" is absurd. There are no "better" fights.

The last week is a taper down period anyways. Not much hard training going on there.

We all know the second half of training for boxers is were the hard and intense is pick up. The last four weeks are important, lets not just concentrate on the last week, but the the whole second half. Timing, timing, and timing is what matters.
