What the hell are you talking about? Floyd has no problem coming in at 147 lbs. The guy has only been above that weight once in his entire career and that's when he came in at 150 for a 154 lb. bout. He came in at 146 in his last fight. Pac added in that monetary request on his own.

Simply for the fact that he's trying to impose this request against Pac's will. It worked...he put pac in check.

    Pac is complying.

pac is aware of what floyd is doing. he knows that floyd is doing it in order to distract or make him mad. pac is not actually falling for that. floyd should just cut the crap. pac was not even against the drug testing. he will submit to the test urine and blood but not just in the days leading to the fight. is that a very difficult request from pac?

Then why do they have to put a $10 million stipulation on his ass to make weight. He's a welterweight for godsakes.

Hate, regarding what? Regarding whom? Yes I do hate Republicans. I hate lame ass excuses. I hate liars. I hate ignorant buffoons on ESB. Are you referring to Manny? I certainly don't hate Manny. First look up the word hate in the dictionary and then cite one source of my alleged "hate" for Manny or whatever the hell you're talking about.

Yes, catchweights are unprecedented in pro boxing. ;)

Yes, threatening a large fine (to the tune of $10M) for any breach in the weight contract for an opponent who--in just his last fight, made a mockery of it--is baseless and unreasonable. :good

    :-((

When will the blind PBitchyFloyd's bitches ever see the light behind the flimsy draperies of fear and schoolgirl brattiness? :bart

When will you see that blood testing is in the best interest of boxing as a whole? This is beyond Pac and Mayweather...A precedent HAS to start somewhere.

it's a matter of belief... pac believes it will weaken him so that's it... besides, he says he will be tested immediately after the fight. if he's doping, traces of the drug will still be detectable.

They don't have to put it in there, that's my point. The request is totally unneccesary. Floyd agreed to the outrageous demand because he knows damn well that he will make weight. Hell, they could ask for $100 mill and it wouldn't matter.

Yep. But why would a 'good precedent' be engendered from buffoons of the lowest kind? :hey:lol:

So you would have no problem if someone like Bert Sugar or Roach made these allegations against Pac?

MANILA, Philippines – Seven-time world champion Manny Pacquiao has merely laughed off the drug testing issue being raised by Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s saying that the former pound-for-pound king is just trying to excuse himself from the fight.
“Marami lang siyang dahilan, marami siyang dinedemand. Siguro wala pa ‘yong fight, takot na,” said Pacquiao ("He has a lot of excuses, lots of demands. We're not even fighting yet but maybe he's scared already").
The Filipino champion, who recently won the World Boxing Organization welterweight title from Puerto Rico’s Miguel Cotto, said Mayweather maybe getting nervous with the idea of trading punches with him.
Thus, American boxer came out with a statement demanding an Olympic-type of dope testing.
“Sa akin walang problema kung gusto niyang lumaban. Fight kaming dalawa... pero kung medyo natakot siya -- palakasin muna niya loob niya,” said Pacquiao ("For me, I have no problem if he wants to fight... but if he's scared -- he needs time to improve his confidence").
Pacquiao made it clear he has no qualm in undergoing tests. What he’s opposed against is having him to give blood so near the March 13 fight date.
“Require natin lahat pati blood test... pero ‘wag naman doon sa day of the fight, manghihina ka naman noon,” he said ("Let's require everyone a blood test... but please not on the day of the fight, it weakens you").
The Filipino boxing star added that the Mayweather camp may also be using the issue to just to distract him.
“Gumagawa lang siya ng paraan, strategy niya para magalit ako... para ma-distract ako sa concentration sa fight,” said the reigning pound-for-pound king ("He's just making a way, a strategy to make me angry... to distract me out of my concentration in the fight").
