Skilled - Berto, not by much though Durable - Clottey Effective - Clottey We'll see after the Mosely fight and my mind may well change on the most effective fighter.
Berto's more skilled and durable while Clottey is more effective. These things however are subject to change on a fight to fight basis when you factor in aspects like the fighters' ages and development.
Well Berto has more natural talent, but does that mean he's effective with it? No. He punches great in combo's and is real fast, where as Clottey hides behind a solid shell and comes out in bursts. Clotteys more accomplished, but I think Berto has the physical gifts to acheive just as much as Clottey and maybe even more. So I'm going with Andre.
Berto is a bit more slick... Clottey is more durable. I dont think either one would knock the other out though. A fight between the two would be a lot like Berto vs Collazo... it could go either way.
Berto hasn't really been tested by an elite fighter so we won't know until after the Mosley fight. If he keeps it close with mosley I'd have to give him the edge, otherwise Clottey.
Berto is the better fighter , Clottey is the stronger fighter , and Clottey would hammer Berto at this stage of their careers , remember collazo had him hurt badly , and Mosley will stop him when he wants to.
