    Nah, it has a history of corruption. It's impartial status has been compromised by GBP buying it. It's been on off with its ratings.

    Nah, the ring is just another trinket that makes it even more complicated.

    Sorry mate but I disagree, the "corruption" (that was a one off incident, not a "history") was well over 30 years ago and the scare mongering about GBP affecting the rankings have turned out (so far) to be totally foundless.

    The Ring is VERY much the lesser of 4 or 5 evils where champions/ rankings are concerned IMHO.

    As far as I'm concerned there are only 6 world champions, and a lot of title holders.
