    He will still have to prove his innocence by going through the drug tests.This is a stupid and immature statement from an inadviced boxer.Those who sue do not sue through the press.They go to court.In any case Arum is a promoter not a lawyer.Manny has his own team why are they not suing?

    I think Pacquiao is suing, it's in the news. Pacquiao even thought of suing before the Cotto fight but decided against it for it might be a distraction going to the biggest fight of his career.

    Many lawyers already said that Pacquiao has a case.

    He's got no case here.The suing will only lead to an embarassment because Team Mayweather will have a probing defence.Manny brought the defamation on himself and his team has made things worse.By refusing to have a blood test he brought suspicion.As for Mayweather Sr,he has always said it was his opinion Manny was on something.An opinion and something,that's very debatable.
