There are lawyers who said Pacquiao has a case. There were earlier interviews with Sr. where he didn't specifically mentioned that that's his opinion only.

The honours is on Manny Pacquiao to prove his innocence. He has already squandered that chance by refusing a random blood test. The case will be judged on materiality. How material was the teaspoon of blood for someone who has had countless H.I.V tests that he turned his back on $40m.Manny is claiming slander,he brought this upon himself by refusing the highest tests from a US agency. The image only got tarnished after the refusal.

This move will backfire big time.Team Mayweather will call his bluff.Questions Manny didnt want to be asked are going to be asked.Mind you in a court of law they will not accept petty reasons especially knowing that Manny had originally agreed to the tests.Roach himself was on record saying they had agreed to the Olympic style testing. So how can he expect people not to be suspicious when he backs out.Roach & Arum are big liabilities in this case, they have all given contrasting statements.Arum in this regard is a poor example of a Harvard graduate

Guess that will be tackled in the court.

I think Floyd is more willing to face Pacquiao in court than inside the ring.

Pacquiao only wants to fight back those who accused him of illegal drug use in the proper venue.

well for someone who would only fight pacman, but not before the governing body of the sport of boxing to change their rules, sounds pretty cowardly to me.
