That's what he was before he got into boxing yes so Pac clearly has a case.

So we want to see the biggest fight in history but now it is in serious jeapardy with this bull**** court case. Ofcourse Pac has a case, but he's saying that people are now doubting him because of what Mayweather said. True Mayweather put the idea out there HOWEVER his refusal to accept the blood tests has started this whole debate!

This seems to be a way in trying to avoid taking the tests, and if Floyd tomorrow said "ok no tests" then I guarantee this case would be dropped, I believe this case has come from Arum through Pac. I have respect for Pac but this is a ****ing ***** move on his behalf and in my opinion is killing any chances of this fight.

I think Pacquiao may take those olympic style drug tests if the court will order him to submit to those tests.

If the court says then he will be under obligation and having no option because the court enforces decisions.

Of course, if the court orders I think Pacquiao will readily obey.

Unlike from the crackheads Mayweathers harassing him to undergo these tests.

Non of Pacquiao's reasons for not taking the test are credible, non of those reasons are worth $40m.There's a price for not agreeing to the test, opportunity cost of lost income, loss of credibility, that's too much of a price to pay for a teaspoonful of blood. This only reinforces the public's belief that Manny's doping

That will be decided in the court.

They will also decide how much damage this accussation inflicted/will inflict on Pacquiao. Hope it runs to not less than $100 million to cover the lost fight income and more.

Dont believe everything you read, especially from manny's camp. They just say things I'm not sure they actually think before saying. One thing that lacks in this camp is consistancy because they dont think through their statements,I think Konzcs is the only sane person in this camp,if he said something I would probably listen.

There is no case of defamation here,Manny's just trying to save face & fighting a losing battel.

Well he's already implied he won't fight Mosley because they played basketball together.

Forget about P.Williams, he is unknown. Infact if you mention his name to Mayweather he is likely to give you a stunned look like he doesn't know who he is.

Cotto now has 2 losses that makes him a bum in Floyd's eyes, so he's not worth his time

Margo is a cheat and Floyd has too much respect for the sport to give a cheat a big payday

And Ivan Calderon is apparently not ready to move up yet.

That leaves the 43rd best welterweight in the world, 'Magic' Matthew Hatton. The revenge angle in this fight, with Floyd already having disposed of Hatton's extremely popular younger brother Ricky, should gaurantee a fair bit of interest across the pond.
It's the safest fight out there which could generate the most amount of money.
    That's my bet.

They are looking to negotiate if Humberto Soto or Edwin Valero can fight at a catchweight of 144.
