    Pacquiao would submit to testing under the auspices of the National Center for Drug Free Sports.


    Also, JrWW titleholder Tim Bradley has said the following regarding the controversy

    “This whole thing with Pacman and Mayweather is baloney with the steroid and blood testing thing,” Bradley said. “The fans want to see this fight. Everyone wants to see the fight. I want to see it. This is the fight that should be made. But this testing stuff is crazy.

    “I’m not worried about Manny Pacquiao. He’s not on steroids. Just because he’s destroying guys, you want to say he’s on steroids? Come on. He’s just that good. He’s been tested how many times and he’s never tested positive."

    Chibuku is just mad cause he wanted Pac to do this just like his boy Floyd wanted it. Right Chibu? You wanted Floyd to be the boss of the negotiations, you are not even watching the fight :D. It didn't happen.

    its unbelievable how far people will go to make it look like Pac is on something even if the whole argument is something as dumb as "If he wasn't on something he would agree to the USADA tests"

    this is not the end of it!! Mayweather will pull some other shhh out

    Why not the USADA???? It doesn't make sense why Pac is avoiding the USADA tests like the plague.
