Manny's demand more outrageous? How? Mayweather under normal boxing procedures has been proven as coming in overweight vs an opponent, he didn't even try to make weight. Pacquiao has never tested positive. There's the difference. Whether I believe that he's not on PEDs because of the regular tests he's taken is I-R-R-E-L-E-V-A-N-T.
