IFFFFFFFFFFFFFF that's the case, then great, case closed, nothing more to argue, but where have you seen this?? Link plzz:hey!! BTW, testing by no other than the USADA should be done... Why is Arum now suddenly agreeing but he has to choose who's testing... 4 all I know the NSAC could be as fraudulent as Arum himself.... What's up Arum, know a few ppl in the Nevada SAC but not in the USADA?? I'm pretty sure Arum is a very influential person in Nevada & knows 1 or 2 persons @ the NSAC!!!

Do they all have random blood testing leading right up to the fight? No, they don't, and yes, he has refused that.

Why don't we take it to the next level and demand that Pac be not allowed to wear a crucifix nor allow him to pray inside the ring? To the geniuses, these are all bull**** superstitions anyway.

"And then, the commission would then take it from there, and hold random urinalysis and random blood tests."

...Says Bob Arum, but why would the NSAC do any more or any different than they normally do? Also, what's wrong with the USADA? Maybe Mr. Arum has no juice with them?:yep

These test doesn't provide details. It just says random. How many test they actually take in this time period, once, twice, twice a week, one fight day.How is this not going to effect a fighter.USDA hasn't dealt with boxers. They deal with runners etc LOL.So at least with Nevada they can administer this same test and have experience dealing with boxers and know how much is enough that it's not entrusive to fighter mental and physical preparation for a fight.GOLDEN GIRL SHOULD tell us how this mofo procedures works and how many times da blood suckers take blood to test in this time period.

"If Mayweather wants the fight, it will be governed by the Nevada State Athletic Commission. They would be prepared to conduct drug tests, including blood and urine tests, before and after the fight," Arum said. "We're 100 percent OK with that as long as it's run by the Nevada commission. They will know enough not to harass the fighters. We're OK with the Nevada commission. Whatever they want, without conditions. We know they're not going to do it the week of the fight. We're prepared to get an agreement on the testing by the commission in writing and do it that way.
"The Nevada commission is paid by the state to oversee this sort of thing. They're the governing body. The Nevada commission will not inconvenience a fighter by waking him up in the middle of the night. The other guys [USADA] play games. We'll write down the protocols and let the commission go from there."

Man they're asking for new rules, Olympic, to be used in a professional boxing match and it's OBVIOUSLY an indirect attempt to call Pacquiao a cheater in the public's eye. That OBVIOUSLY pissed off Pacquiao and his team since their opponent is already approaching with disrespect. Pacquiao dedicated his LIFE doing this for his people yet someone comes out of the blue and calls him a cheater because he has been dominating guys?, of course that will **** them off, that would **** anyone off. If someone calls you a cheater in University for a project you handed in doing it yourself of course you will be pissed, compare that with putting your LIFE on the line literally in that ring exchanging with other world class professional boxers.

Sr. has been calling Pac a cheater since Hatton hit the canvas and they're STILL doing it. Go check his latest interview right after Cotto got beat, he immediately says that he doesn't want Jr. to fight but claimed it's a secret why he doesn't want him to. Two days later he calls Pac a cheater on roids when Pac has passed ALL tests required and done by the commission which have caught many cheaters before. Yeah it will pass once or twice but 55 ****ing times?, wake up. Pacquiao's reputation is being hit by people with no reason, even the guys he beat never said that who the **** is Mayweather to say so?. If Pac wasn't confident he wasn't going to take them to court like he said he will, Pac was ready to fight and signed for it despite fighting Cotto less than a month ago, we all know who ****ed it up and it's NOT Pacquiao. Pac didn't even ask for a catchweight and when he wanted 60% they bashed on him so he agreed on 50% and it was on till this happened.
