I haven't once called him a cheat. I don't know any better than you do if he is or not.

 

I don't think Pac is against the test, he is "unsure" about how it works.It might be too random they take heaps of test anywhere.

Im sure they USDA is a professional organisation with a good rep ( Which they are) They would never put a athelete in danger. The rules of the blood tests arnt mayweathers he has just asked USDA to do them because maybe he knows NSC is in arums pocket.. We dont know ..

If the NSC is compromised then you have to say every fighter represented by Arum is potentially compromised. That is just ridiculous. Maybe Arum is telling the truth and he simply wants NSC because they have been dealing with boxers for decades now and obviously know what they are doing. Also they seem to be willing to accept a cutoff period of 1 week before the fight to appease Pacs suspicion. The USADA wasn't willing to accept this.

 

He's acting suspect. That's all I've said and all I'm going to say without any hard evidence of him being a cheat. Like I've said, I had absolutely no reason to suspect him any more than any other pro athlete before he got all evasive about these tests.
