The demand is no different from all the catchweight pacquiao asked for in his last fights... See, it's a contract sport, you can ask for whatever you want in the contract... if you blame Mayweather for the drug testing thing, blame Pacquiao for his stupid catchweight gimmicks.

No it doesnt,Cyclists get tested almost every day and get random tested outside of competition and many still dont get caught.
none of his other oppents jumped 3 ****in weight classes in less than a year.. manny clearly does not want this fight. all he is asking for is testing that promises a clean fight. and manny wont do it.
