    The Mayweather proposal will have Manny Pacquiao subjected to random urine and blood tests this mean that the admidastrators of the test can come to him at any time at hoome in the midddle of the night. At the gym. When he is out with his friends and family.
    Meanwhile Floyd Mayweather will just have to pee in a cup once or twice.
    Thats's the Mayweather proposal right?

    No wonder Pacquiao has not agreed or been willing to make any comprise. Those terms are outragous. Who can blame him?

    The flaw in this argument is that Both boxers are subject to the same testing not just Pacauiao.

    For those of you who say that the NSAC system is good enough because they have been using it for years and have cought people. Allow me to point out that using both Urine and Blood samples makes the testing more complete. If there is a better way to do something why not use it. I'm sure you don't get around by horse or light your home with candles. Both work to an extent but there are better ways to get around and light your home.

    Random testing is also needed to prevent the cycling out of anything that is not suposed to be found.

    The Mayweather proposal is unusual, unprecented, unheard of. However it is not unreasonable, and they have shown a willningness to compermise while the Pacquiao side has not.

    Not only that but Void gets the fight in his home town, with his referee, his judges, his ring, his gloves, his commentators, etc. Pac agreed to have his blood taken right after the fight and urine also. Why should the boxing rules be allowed to be changed by Void?

    Very valid point. If Lance armstrong did, why cant any other athlete do it. If he is coming up with reasons not to do it, its just making people now maybe begin to doubt you.
