    I dont think they're saying "NO" to all blood tests.

    I think they like it to be done, not so often or not so close to fight night, where it might affect him physically.

    They even agreed to have a urine/blood test immediately after the fight.

    If they will cheat, it's bound to be discovered on that post fight test, right?

    Then the commission can disqualify them if the results are positive for PED/Steroids.
