    I think this photo is from Rashad Evans twitter page.

    There is supposed to be 20 pounds between Nate and Rashad. I wonder how much Nate cuts.

    Yeah Nates a big bloke...I think Rashad has alot thicker legs then Nate which i guess adds fair amount of weight to Rashad's shorter frame..

    Yeah, I thought the legs were bigger too but then I thought Rashad looks like he still has a little bit of weight to cut.

    I'm sure Nate walks around alot more then 195-200 now, GSP said he is up to between 190-195. He looks bigger then Rashad I suspect at least 215 at this point.

    Rashads a P4P having fought at hw and 205 cos I think he could fight at 185. He is carrying alot of bulk. I think he could make 185. It would be interesting to see. Alot of these 205 guys have made 185 before - Henderson, Bisping etc Even Fitch was once 205 and now he is 170.

    :thumbsup Nate is a guy iv always taken note of at 185 as despite being quite light the dude's proportions are stacked in every department? Im farily certain he must walk around alot heavier than 200lbs.

    It's not unreasonable to assume that nearly every top 185er walks around at well over 200 lbs.

    Rashad is also a bit smaller than most top level LHW's.

    Nate's not that big. I ate dinner with him last year. He appears bigger than he his though on TV and in some pics. 5'9 200 ish isn't really that big. at the time he looked about 185 though

    Nate's a very good all round fighter who easily walks around @ 200.

    I think most 5'9 guys who are entering the 200s is pretty big and perhaps going past their natural size.

    I guess so. I'm from a different industry where 5'9 220 is fairly average. I've seen Jardine and Couture in real life and they're pretty scrawny and didn't appear nearly as large as they seem on TV. Frank Mir had some size, I met him a couple of years ago.
