He's in debt with the I.R.S. He's also in debt with GBP for the advance they gave him prior to the Marquez bout. Looks like his "flashy" lifestyle finally caught up to him. This fight will go on. Floyd is in the red and needs the money!

I believe this is the case with Mayweather.

He will take the fight and it should be announced today.

You are probably right. I saw Floyd just 2 nights ago at ARIA carrying a back pack and was surrounded by 5 300lbs linebackers. He was probably heading to that new club (HAZE) and that back pack probably has a lot of cash in it. You know how Floyd likes to make it rain.

Yes, and the majority of his purse for that fight went to the I.R.S for back taxes. A reported $5mil to be exact. Not to mention the taxes that he had to pay for THAT fight + expenses + $600k for coming in overweight. Floyd hardly made hardly from that fight.

Only reason why he came out of retirement.

You'll see his segway on EBAY pretty soon.

it's actually kind of sad. all that money, but no brains to know what to do with it.

do you think his crackhead father taught him how to invest money? nah, but he probably showed him how to roll a "rubber band bank"

if mayweather was wise with his money he would have atleast 15 million minimum in the bank, if he was smart he could be with 30-40 million but nope he threw all his money away, he will be the 2nd coming of tyson. however i dont think mayweather is broke yet.
