I do not see any visible signs that Manny is using steroids or growth hormones. My brother is 40 and competes in natural body building competitions on a regular basis. He says its a joke what they are doing to Manny. Sad world when all you've worked for can be spat on and tossed aside like yesterday's trash.

Here's Manny at 130... This content is protected And here he is at 144... This content is protected He clearly looks much more cut at 130.
Can we agree that his body fat percentage stayed the same, and it was actual muscle he added from Solis to Cotto?
Can you add the similar tale of the tape from Solis and perhaps his fights with from 2006 and earlier? If he was a 148 pounds come fight night against Hatton what was he against Solis fight night in 2007? What about Barrera? JMM in their first fight?
What do you mean by "pure muscle"? At lower weights, Pacman would of course have dehydrated himself like crazy for the weigh in. Much of his weight now is water that he doesn't shed anymore. And percentage - wiseit is much easier for a little guy to add a good percentage of their body weight as muscle mass. Finally, if an athlete didn't train to gain muscle mass and then at some point starts to do that, of course he can add a lot more than someone who has been training for muscle mass all his life. I am not saying Pac didn't do steroids, because he might very well have done it. Just that these arguments don't hold up very well.
You can't have a picture of a guy flexing next to a picture of him not flexing to say that he was ripped at one time and not at the other. Also, weigh in amounts don't mean much. A fighter who weighs in at 120, is probably about 135 after re-hydration. So put up the fully hydrated weights for a more apt comparison.
hmm says . . . looks pretty legit to me... gained the mass respectively... one of the fittest men in the world according to one magazine... nice bod... (no homo)
Of coures....but that is all to be expected. you can't knowingly go up to a new weight class and just add fat. you have to be very calculated with what measures you take in applying the added wight in a productive manner. You want to add muscle, but it has to be LEAN muscle. And you have to work on conditioning your body to be able keep the speed and stamina up. Which is where the nutrition becomes important.
If pacquiao usually cuts around 10 pounds of water weight at the weigh in can we agree he was around 152-154 pound range against Cotto fight night?
