    umm actually its if youre accused THEY have to show your guilty or your not guilty. its innocent till proven guilty. and first of all you have to have basis for your accusations. you cant just accust everyone of murder just cuz they have the time and the capability to do it (like pacquiao is too good so he must be on steroids).

    Manny not wanting to take a blood test within 30 days of the fight is bull****. And its a story that keeps changing. This is one of the biggest problems that I have. If they would have come out with one story and stuck with it, it would not have made it seem like they were ducking the test. But every time it seemed like things were lining up Arum and Pac would change directions, and come up with another excuse.

    It is nothing like asking Floyd to take an aids test, you can't really believe that. The past several decades steroids has run rampent through all levels of athletics and in todays world no one gets a free pass. No one knows who is on what, not you or anyone else, but when someone is accused of something, denies it, then refuses to prove it, it's gonna look bad and there is gonna be a cloud of suspicion no matter who it is
