Only problem is its only a **** test. NSAC says they have not got a FORMAL request for blood testing, but once they do they would consider it since the experts same to differ on if **** tests are good enough.

Way to step up NSAC should have been more, should have order the whole workup.

Now for those that will say they cant do this, YES they can the fighters will do it or risk having thier right suspended in Nevada would would for all likelihood be in effect in every State per the ALI act.

NSAC wont dare order blood tests for the fight. They have a vested interest in boxers not testing positive.

"Lundvall ordered NAC executive director Keith Kizer to inform Mayweather and Pacquiao that they would be tested by an independent testing company, LabCorp. Mayweather will provide a sample in Las Vegas and Pacquiao will go to an approved laboratory in the Philippines."

LOL Pac is gonna take a test at a lab in the Phillippines... if they dared report a positive test they would be killed lol what a joke

Yep its just like when BASEBALL fought tooth and nail about testing thier players. They knew what the results would be. But the longer you wait the worst the fallout.

What the immediate tests will do is make fighters alittle more fearful of risking it.

Its a step in the right direction vested interest or not.

Its a good thing because at least in the media when Pac tests clean alot of the bad rep he's been getting for no reason will die down.

    People are really fickle.

If he test clean, fine. But why all the posturing all stalling from Manny's camp?

Just think how quiet it would be if he had agreed to take the test??? We would be talking about how they matchup instead of doping 101.:yep

Pacquiao believes that random blood testing at any hour on any day during his training camp up until the fight has the potential to negatively affect his performance on fight night, even though he is clean.

He may be wrong about that, but he thinks its true. So if he thinks its true then its only normal that he doesn't wanna go through with it.

These are scripted talking-points not rooted in any sustainable evidence to the contrary, especially when there's no indication from Mayweather's camp that this issue would adversely effect him the way Manny's camp claims.
