Pacman has had blood taken from him 14 days before a fight

actually the 30days was a compromise. Manny said he wanted to go by the NSAC drug testing guidelines. He was willing to compromise with up to 30 days pre-fight blood testing in order to get the fight made.

I was explaining this earlier which is exactly what's happened. PBF demands Manny does olympic style drug testing, a demand that Manny has no business accepting in the first place since its not in the rules of the sport. Manny agrees to a compromise in order to get the negotiations moving forward and instead of accepting to compromise, Floyd uses that compromise against Manny in the media. Its like political campaining. It won't get this fight moving but what it will do is get more people to side with Floyd and accuse Pac of juicing.

You give an inch, they take a foot. And if you give a foot they will take your whole leg.

 

What makes you think it was 14 days? The NSAC standard is 30 days prior to a fight.

 

He's okay with the other tests 14 days before a fight because that one only tests for infectious diseases.
Apparently one for steroids will drain him of the power of a thousand Fillipino buffaloes.

I thought the NSAC standard was a urine test before the fight and a urine test after. Since when have they been doing blood testing?

second off pac released the statement saying that anything before 30 days out was unacceptable..

How is that different from a test for PED?
A physical test actually requires testing for complete blood chemistry, kidney function, liver function and infectious diseases. They draw more blood then a steroid test.

I don't think that Floyd has offered Pac any kind of cutoff date for the blood testing. So even if he's been blood tested 14days before, there's still a major issue.

Actually they always take up the same amount of blood for both test but the only difference is in the lab where they'll test it for Steroids.

The claims that Pacquiao had blood drawn 14 days prior to the Hatton fight are probably false, because NSAC standards are that the physical happen 30 days prior to a fight, not 14.

 

The no cut-off date clause is good. Why?
Because a standard steroid test removes 5ml of blood for testing. By comparison there are 5000 ml of circulating volume in an average individual. Therefore a test removes 0.1% of your blood.This does not affect athletic performance.
Also within hours of removing the blood the bone marrow releases red blood cells to replace the ones lost.
Now Pac has access to the best doctors in the world who could explain this to me, and I am sure they did.
What is Pac afraid of then?
