    Benn would beat him.

    As for his statement, he is hardly going to tell the truth of the matter, is he?

    That IMO is a pretty fair assessment - the way some people talk as if he is an ATG is preposterous...... his resume is shocking for a fighter held in such high regard.

    Benn would have KO'd him had they met at any stage. The only Benn Calzaghe would have beaten would have been the post-mclellon one and perhaps the pre-eubank one. Perhaps. Benn was simply better then every single fighter on his resume. He punched harder then anyone on his log, he took a better shot then nearly everyone he faced, he had more courage then anyone joe faced. I'd be suprised if Joe would have lasted the course with him unless he ran. Especially that Benn.

    Calzaghe close points or late stopage. Benn was fast, ferocious and had great upper body movement but was defensively very sloppy at times. And Calzaghe love facing agressive fighters like Benn.
