Cotto suprised by Pac...in his refusal

Sorry my friend, I meant to write, "I could not agree more."

 

I'm sure vindication would be nice for Cotto, but I genuinely think he's surprised by this, as a lot of people are, myself included. I think Pac is clean, and I think he's just refusing the tests out of stubbornness, but I was surprised that he did not assent to something that should be a straight-forward request for a guy who is clean, particularly one who might want to clear up any lingering doubts raised in the public mind by others claiming he is on PEDs.

He's not agreeing to pac's terms. Pac demanded that the NSAC handle the tests. Did I miss it and Floyd agree to that in the past 12 hours ? I didn't think so !!! Floyd knows that he can shift the blame to pac if he doesn't take the test and the fight doesn't get made. He came in with a pre made excuse. Just ****ing fight floyd, what a ****ing chicken****.

Are you crackhead or something. Arum put the final offer down, and said that the NSAC would handle the testing and make the final decision. Manny has agreed to do whatever the NSAC (the people who preside over boxing in Nevada) mandates.
