At the end of the day, Manny doesnt have to prove **** to Mayweather or do as he says, basically.

Are Golden Boy now going to insist on the same tests for all future fights? No, so STFU

It just dont understand the logic of many of the people or I should say lack of logic. Its being said that Floyd is trying to duck manny by asking for blood testing, then its being said that Floyd is just making the steroid stuff up to smear Pacs name. Now here is the problem with that line of thinking...One what happens if Pac agrees, then wouldnt Floyd have been forced to fight him?? Two it would have meant that Floyd would have had some knowledge that Pac would refuse to take the test, yet thier is no proof before this that he had any such problems.

Now as far as the Lawsuit goes..Its a very tricky situation and very hard to prove for Pac. One did anyone say "Pac is on Steroids, Its a fact" or did they say "I think that Pac is on something" or "Pac has to be on steroids" Although the comments sound the same, to a court of law they are VERY different.

Like I said right from the start of this thing, it got out of hand because pac refused to take the test, and in doing so raised more eyebrows then any statement that has been made about his possible use of PED's.

To a partians person it sounds very much like the shoe is on the other foot when it comes to who is doing thier best to avoid fighting this fight. Remember a matter of days before the whole thing started Roach was on record as saying "We will have NO problems taking whatever tests THEY want us to take" But once they were actaully asked they flat out refused. Problem with that is it makes it appear as if they are hiding something. Thus the shock of some many that Manny would allow a fight in which he stands to earn 40 million go away because of his refusal to take the tests that they cliamed before they had no problem taking. But on the flipside having no problem in fighting Maggs who did in fact make that comment in Public. No one has actaully heard Floyd Jr say **** about Manny being on roids.

I concur!!PBF is so spiteful that he has conceeded to what appear to be a list of demands in Pacs favor AND this mutha****a has the balls to make such an unreasonable request in asking for RANDOM drug testing!!!

Bull**** Reg. If it was MORE then Sr.'s comments, why was that the first major instance of Pac's juicing? And I guess it's a coincidence his SON followed suit. WHy not enlighten us all Reg. Tell us specifically HOW we came to this point.

There are quite a few others who are suspicious of Pacquiao aswell i.e. Cotto, Mosley, Malignaggi and Cintron and they wont just have come out with it because Mayweather Sr did. Its laughable aswell that Pacquiao is willing to fight Malignaggi if the Mayweather fight doesnt go ahead.

HEADLINES ABOUT PACQUIAO REFUSING TO TAKE A BLOOD TEST ARE MISLEADING!!
2:15 AM | Posted by Oliver Suarez | Edit Post

    By Oliver Suarez

In an article by Steve Kim for MaxBoxing, Bob Arum said "We’re willing to do all kinds of urine analysis. We’re willing to do blood testing before the last press conference and after the fight."

Pacquiao and his team are open to taking a blood test but not right before the fight. So the headlines about Pacquiao refusing to take a blood test are misleading.

Would the result of the blood test be significantly different if Pacquiao takes the test right after the fight? Most banned substances will still be detected within that time span.

Some have pointed out that it would be irrelevant if Pacquiao takes the test after the fight since he would still get the purse and be given credit for a victory if he defeats Mayweather.

    Is that totally true?

Yes, he would still get the purse but be fined a large amount of money and suspended. As far as the victory, it would be tainted and certainly would not be viewed as a valid victory by most fans and analysts.

If Pacquiao is truly using steroids, his team would not be open to any type of blood testing considering all the possible consequences.

You think Tiger’s fall from grace was bad; wait what happens if Pacquiao is found to be using steroids.

Pacquiao might not lose as much financially but would lose much more in terms of public support. He arguably has the most passionate and loyal fans. Also, he’s not only looked upon as an athlete but a symbol of inspiration and pride by his countrymen.

Suddenly his political ambition goes down the drain since his credibility to his potential constituents will be tarnished. In addition, he would be the target of harsh criticisms from his fans that supported him with unrivaled passion throughout his career.

I doubt Pacquiao will risk all he has achieved by using steroids. This steroid issue is all about envy and the fact that many find it difficult to comprehend that Pacquiao keeps on surpassing all the expectations bestowed upon him.

Can it be that Floyd Jr. can’t accept the fact that a fighter whom he views as inferior has surpassed him in terms of accomplishments and achieved the greatness that he expected from himself?

This is nothing but a well-crafted public relations move to taint Pacquiao’s achievements and move the public sentiments towards Floyd Jr.

Dude that was alot of words that didnt say ****...Its been covered and re-covered. Its debated that hGH can be found in the ****, but its pretty much accepted that EPO cant be found in ****. There for if Pac was on EPO and knew the dates of his RANDOM blood tests he would have nothing to worry about at all:hey

there are no dates! just thereabouts! but no specific dates were mentioned!

plus who the hell in his right mind would risk it considering there are 3 blood tests in less than two months of training plus includign the one after and on top of that random urine tests until the end of the fight!

the first random that NSAC demanded is in the next 48 hours (well that was yesterday) and this was before any contract was even signed! You cannot get any more random than that! nobody was expecting that ruling!

And it wouldnt be a problem, just like in the judah fight shane would agree to doing the testing, if Berto was to ask for them:good
